Paul showed up on time and was very professional.  He told me what to expect from the pool cleaning and tested the acid washing on the hot tub first to see the results. After seeing the improvement in the finish I agreed to have him clean the entire pool.

He also fixed some of the leaky pool equipment I had without extra charge.

Several issues were causing the problem.  All of them were corrected and the system is working fine.  The cost was very reasonable.
I have never used Paul's Pool Service for regular pool upkeep, but they are who I call any time I have a problem with the pool equipment.  They are almost always able stop by the same day, and I have never had to wait more than one additional day.  All of the people they have sent have been competent and extremely polite.  I have never been disappointed with their work, and while I have not compared their cost to other companies I have always thought it was very fair, if not a little low.

Paul's Pools was wonderful, their staff person came to our location and called us with an assessment of the situation, and after researching products, and explaining warranty options to us, we were able to select the right product for our situation. They performed the service and I was very happy with their customer service and responsiveness.

Very responsive in providing an initial quote for service and started promptly the following week. Service provided so far has been excellent including repair of leaky hose and chemical dispenser along with the replacement of defective pump/motor. They show up on time each week and communicate well on the overall status of pool condition, what they have done and what if anything they recommend going forward. A very enjoyable experience. Also, their price is very reasonable as compared to others we reviewed.

I've been having problems all summer with low chlorine and algae blooms in my pool. This is my first full summer with a pool and I still have a lot to learn. Anyway, I have been having recurring problems this summer with low chlorine levels and algae blooms in the pool as a result. When I noticed signs of Algae this morning, I was convinced there was something wrong with my Salt Water Generator and decided to call for help. I found Pauls Pool service on Angies list and called them at around 8 AM. To my surprise they were able to send someone out the same day (I was home from work ).
Jonathan arrived when they said he would, tested the chemicals in my water and thoroughly inspected and tested my SWG. He even contacted the manufacturer to double check that everything was working correctly. He then told me that it appeared that my stabilizer level was too low for the amount of sunlight my pool receives and the pool was simply losing chlorine as fast as the SWG could create it. He educated me on the proper levels I needed to maintain as well as giving me tips on how to better clean and care for my pool. He added chemicals to bring things up to the proper levels and answered all of the questions I had for him.
He was very professional and wanted to be sure I was happy before he left.
I was so impressed I am considering hiring them to do my ongoing pool maintenance and not trying to go it alone any more.

I have been more than pleased with the level of service and technical knowledge. The initial system repairs were priced quite reasonably and fairly, as well as the weekly pool service is outstanding and keeps our pool nice and clean. For the few questions or issues I had Brandy or the tech's were either out quickly or the problem was resolved immediately. The pool is always crystal clear and never has a "chlorine smell" to it.

Paul’s Pool Service Company was prompt. They were professional. They were very good in cleaning up after service.

Paul came to give us an estimate on pool service. We have never had a pool before and just bought a new house with an in-ground pool. He told us what we needed and what we didn't need. His final price actually came in under the estimate by phone since our pool is smaller than average. He is very reliable and leaves a courtesy card with notes about what he did with every visit. He's just great!

We ve been using them for ten years and we ve never had any problems with them. I like that they are reliable and that they know what they re doing. They are a small and personable company. If something s wrong they ll come around immediately.
