I hired this company to build my house and I gave him the down payment and the bank gave him the first draw. It took him almost 2 years after calling him, texting him, and emailing him and then he wanted to charge me double after it took him almost 2 years to even get the permits that I never saw or verified. The appraisal was what I got the bank loan for. I couldn't pay more especially after waiting so long. I told him that it was breach of contract. Since he was not willing to do it for the original amount, I told him to give me the bank draw and back to pay the bank back. He then ghosted me and never gave me back my money. He is a thief and a liar. He left me homeless. I took him to court and he has a judgement against him but still hasn't paid me back. Don't use him. He is not reliable and will steal your money. Extremely dishonest.
