Awesome. They call before coming to make sure I know they'll be working around the house and always respond to my calls right away. The initial visit was quick and very comprehensive. No more ants or bugs in they yard or coming in the house.

They show up on time. They treat whatever the problem is. They come back to make sure the treatment was successful. They don't stop until they got rid of the problem.

I was happy with them. They called me to follow up after their visit to make sure that I was happy with their work. I have signed an annual contract with them.

We have been using them for awhile. If I have any problems they will also come inside. The guy that comes is very good. The few times we have had a problem they have come right out. We have been very pleased.

The latest service was lawn spraying (Weeds). We were not home at the time.

They are extremely nice and polite. I have been using them for a few months now and have seen results. They treat many houses in our neighborhood, and they call the day before they come to tell us a time. The guy who comes into the house is very nice and knows not to use any product that would harm our dog. Overall, a very professional company to work with.

We have been doing remodeling in a house that's about 35 years old. We had found carpenter ant damage behind a shower we had torn out, and then found additional damage when removing wood paneling. In addition, we had the not uncommon experience of seeing a roach from time to time. We called Massey and someone came out that day to diagnose the problems. He was extremely knowledgeable and confirmed what we had seen - ants, roaches, but no termites. He offered us their package which is an initial treatment, follow up about a week later, and then visits every three months thereafter. For this we paid $200 initially, then $80 dollars every three months (therefore the $440 price tag I mentioned). In addition, he gave us a guarantee of the quarterly price for a second year. My partner was extremely impressed with the professionalism and knowledge, so she accepted the package. The next day the technician arrived and performed the treatments. He too was extremely professional and knowledgeable. In addition, he offered his card to us and said if we see pests again before our next quarterly scheduled treatment to call and they would come out immediately for an interim treatment. We really feel like we are getting a terrific value and we know that when we sell our house it will make a difference to say that the house has been consistently treated for pests. We couldn't be happier.

They checked the whole house inside, especially kitchen and bathrooms, and pointed out I had a leak in a bathroom. They went outside for pest control, and pointed out I had a hole in the fence which may be dangerous for the dog. It was very nice.

Everything worked out good at this visit. I use them for this monthly and I pay them by the year. They seem to be very dependable and all. I would say they are professional and that they work out pretty good. They are a good company. I never have any problems with them and they will take care of any if I do. I am confident in them and I am pleased.

WE HAD THEM AT THE LAST HOUSE WE LIVED AT. THEY DID A GOOD JOB OF GETTING A LAWN THAT WAS OUT OF CONTROL IN CONTROL. WHEN WE MOVED HERE WE JUST BROUGHT THEM ALONG.

THE SERVICE AND THE PEOPLE WERE GREAT. I REALLY DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO SAY NEGATIVELY ABOUT THEM. THEY ALSO DO OUR WEEKLY YARD WORK LIKE MOWING THE LAWN.

I GOT THEM BECAUSE THEY PROVIDE OUR TERMITE PROTECTION ALSO. THEY WERE ALREADY DOING BUSINESS FOR ME SO IT WAS AN ADD ON. THEY ARE VERY RESPONSIVE. THEY COME RIGHT OUT IF YOU NEED THEM. THEY DON'T JUST WAIT UNTIL THE NEXT TIME THEY COME OUT TO SPRAY.

IT IS FAIR. HE JUST STARTED WITH THEM. HE ONLY SEES THEM EVERY OTHER MONTH. SO FAR THE WORKERS ARE GREAT. I WOULD GIVE HIM AND THE SALESPERSON I HAVE WORKED WITH AN A.

I like the fact that we are given a detailed description of what was done, and what weeds, insects or diseases are discovered. Our yard looks much better since they took over doing our lawn.

I HAD A VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE. THE TECHNICIAN IS ALWAYS WILLING TO DISCUSS THE LAWN AND ITS NEEDS. I CALLED CONCERNING AN UNUSUAL PROBLEM WITH MY LAWN AND A TECHNICIAN WAS OUT TWO DAYS LATER TO TAKE CARE OF IT.

OVERALL, I THINK THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB. WE HAVE INTENTIONS OF HAVING THEM RETURN. ANY QUESTIONS THAT I HAD WERE ANSWERED IN A WAY THAT WE COULD UNDERSTAND.
