"The member and I had a verbal contract. In that contract we agreed on a $400 deposit and a start date. She was made aware of the fact that if she was to decide to hire someone else she would loose her $400 deposit. The member was also made aware of the fact that the start date may change due to illness or weather. In the month of May I had both problems occur. I contacted her with a new start date and she fired me. I will not refund the $400 deposit."
