House hunting is no joke, especially in todays date but we couldn't have been happier than we were working with Abbas Sultanali and the Alpha/Exp Realty team. Throughout the entire search, which took us almost 8 months, Abbas and his team were extremely patient and not only held up their end by bringing their local knowledge of the real estate market to bear, but also made sure we were not straying too far from our initially stated requirements and budgets, in our desperation as the search dragged on. While we relied heavily on their experience in the local market in finding the right house for us that matched all our expectations, it was when we were ready to make an offer that Abbas' creativity shone through. The offer package he and his team put together for the sellers beat out other higher offers, including cash offers. That was amazing to watch unfold and we were more than surprised when we clinched the deal. At the same time, they also helped us list and sell our home and expertly got the timing to match so there was minimal overlap, thereby reducing our mortgage costs. It is my first home and I really took a long time to choose my new home but throughout my new home search Mac and team were very helpful, flexible, patient and showed up anytime I called them. I can't speak highly enough of Mac Jaffer. He is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable with him. He is always ready, willing to answer questions, and respond promptly to my calls . There are many houses that did not meet my expectations. But he always respects and encouraged my family's views to get the right home for us. Initially I was not sure about what exactly my needs are. But he guided to narrow my search and now I am clear on what would be right home for me. I haven't bought the house yet, however I am sure that I will find the right one for my family with the help of MAC. I am extremely happy and I would recommend him over and over again!

Mac assisted my family in purchasing a new home and selling our current
home.  He was very patient with us as we took 9 months to find the right
house.  When selling our current home, we listed higher than we thought
was correct, but still received multiple offers and sold at list within
two weeks.  We made an extra 10k following Mac's advice. 
He was also awesome with our little girl.
