Outstanding experience.

I don't usually take the time to write reviews of companies I have used. However I received such exceptional service from Lake Mary Laminate that I wanted to spread the word. Lake Mary Laminate installed my floor originally two years ago. After a few months it started making excessive popping, and crackling sounds. I expected to be told that I was stuck with it. But Corey, the salesman at LML, went to bat for me with the manufacturer. The claim was denied. Corey contacted them again and pressed the issue until the manufacturer agreed to cover 100% of the materials!  Corey had his team install one room of the new flooring and discovered that it had the same problem as before. Corey helped us find a better plank and just finished replacing the flooring in the entire house at no cost to us. This was a two year process and Corey was there for us the whole way always making sure we were informed and satisfied with what was going on with our case. I truly believe that any other store would have given up a long time ago!!! I also want to brag on Mike and his team of installers. They were hard-working, courteous, and meticulous. They really paid attention to detail and did an incredible job. I can't recommend Lake Mary Laminate enough. If you want a store that will stand behind what they sell and make it right then you want Lake Mary Laminate!!!

Excellent work!

They finished in one day and the quality was excellent. Two individuals came out to do the work. The main installer was excellent.

The demo crew cleaned up really well. I was impressed with that and they were on time as well. The crew that laid the tile were on time and they kept with the work for a few days. We were very pleased. The price was very reasonable. They were in the top portion of their competitors with the price. They guarantee their work.
