How did it go overall? 
Horribly and this is not at an end.  I am now engaged with the following agencies in an attempt to resolve this without incurring legal fees as well as my losses with this "business" to date.
    • Florida Office of the Attorney General
    • Volusia Adult Protective Services (for reasons of senior citizen exploitation)
    • Seniors Against Vicious Crimes (Tallahassee, working for the Attorney General)
    • Volusia County Building and Zoning (Rob Walsh)
    • Office of Governor Rick Scott State of Florida
    • The Department for Business and Professional Regulation
    • Seniors Consumer Complaint Analysis
    • Florida Construction Industry License Board (Tallahassee)
