Despite installing a new roof, we still had leaks over the bay window. After several visits by the roofer, it was decided that the cracked mortar was permitting rain to enter the house. It was very difficult to find a mason. The first one charged $350 to repoint the mortar, but the bay window ceiling still leaked. Thankfully, Francesco Sylvestri fixed the problem. No more leaks!
