Roof looks good. Waiting on some clean up which took longer than I would have liked. Office staff was very professional and nice to deal with.

The workmanship is beautiful and I am very satisfied! It was a two day process which was expected and they were very thorough when cleaning up the job when it was completed. I would hire them again and would definitely recommend J & M Roofing.

The roofing job went well. They did a good job on taking off and replacing the roof. I had a few minor things I wanted touched up after the project and J&M responded and corrected the issues to my satisfaction. It has been a blessing and they have done a great job at taking me through the process and answering questions and keeping me up to date with what's going on.

They called me in advance to let me know the roof installation schedule - from the dumpster, the materials, when the crew was going to start, when the inspections were happening then clean up and dumpster pick up. The experience with J&M went smooth and was painless. The final outcome was that I have the best looking, secure, safe roof on thew block!

Fixed roof

House flooded before shingles were installed.  House left unprotected after roof torn off before a major storm.
I called to warn the company and was told not to worry.  Damage is now over 40k.  Owner will not return
calls or texts...House is still under repairs as of mid July and this happened in March.  I had to file with my insurance company. 

I was walking around worrying about how I was going to replace my roof.  I did go as far as to get an estimate.  I was concerned about having to go into my retirement to replace my roof.  One afternoon, someone from J & M Roofing knocked on my door.  They explained to me how my home owner's insurance policy would cover the wind damage on my roof.  To be honest, at first I was skeptical, but after calling the insurance company an agent was at my door the very next morning.  They did their inspection, told me what the insurance would pay and the next day the agent brought a check by. I signed the contract on Wednesday,11/30/2011.  They started the work on the roof replacement on Thursday, 12/08/2011.  It was finished on Monday, 12/15/2011.  I am pleased with the work.  I was pleased with the process.
Don't walk around worrying about a new roof.
Don't hesitate to call J&M Roofing.  They are knowledgable about insurance and your roofing needs.  It worked for me.

I checked his rating on Angie's List, called for an appt for estimate on Friday, came on Saturday morning at 9 AM as promised, inspected roof, took photos, wrote up quote for repairs and cost of new roof. We opted for repairs. He and crew arrived on Monday morning at 8 AM, were done by 10:30 AM. J&M Roofing will be replacing our roof in 2011. Outstanding service.

I had a leak in a rental home. The builder sent the original roofing company out to fix it 3 times. The leak continued every time it rained, in the same spot. I contacted J&M Roofing Services, Inc.; Mike came out promptly and took pictures of the problem area & gave me an estimate to fix it. He said the flashing was improperly installed. I took him up on his proposal; needless to say, NO more leak. I had a similar problem at another rental property, again, he was able to fix it right the first time.
