I called to see if this company could repair a frame that was damaged in mailing. They thought they could but said they would not be able to know for certain until they saw the frame. The repair was possible and they took the frame while we went to lunch and said it would be ready in 1 hour. It was done on time, it looked like new and the owner would not charge for the repair which he said was a simple fix. What a great experience. I would highly recommend them and plan to use them again if I need anything in the line of custom framing.
