Florida Wildlife Busters

I called another provider and they did not return my call. I called Florida Wildlife Busters and made an appointment for Monday as they charge more on weekends. Luke arrived within the appointment window and called about 15 minutes before arriving. He was friendly and service was quick and professional. I would definitely hire this company again.

The response to my call for service was immediate. Mike came out and fully explained their procedure. Work began the next day. Josh responded immediately when I called with questions or concerns. Their work was done professionally and quickly. When the project was completed they reminded me to call them if I have any concerns; also to call them if I have work done to the house that may allow unintended access to any "critters" - they want to be sure that the house is still fully sealed. I highly recommend Mike and Josh.

Knowledgeable and friendly service

Great. He had to seal off the under part of a manufactured home to prevent reentry of animal. Then set traps. He returned several times to complete the task.

Luke was professional, always called before making his return visits and eradicated the problem. He guarantees his work and even went the extra mile by providing a possum trap for another issue I had in the backyard.

This was done in a professional manner, using typical capture/release techniques to relocate animals from the area.  Once devices were setup using have a heart traps, and Y shaped boards to funnel animals into traps it took about 2 days for the first capture.  Upon capture, I called Luke and he responded within hours to remove animal(s) for removal.  Traps were set for a total of 2 weeks for 200.00 to be sure no further problems.

Luke showed up on time. Explained his services. Provided written proposal. Set up the traps and barriers. four animals were caught and disposed off. Even on Sunday. Very pleased.

Luke was friendly, knowledgable and thoroughly professional.  He was punctual, showing up right on time in spite of inclement weather.  He removed both large wasp nests from the hinge area of both doors and then checked under the hood finding 5 or 6 additional small nests, which he quickly took care of.  I will definitely call him again whenever I have wildlife problems!

Responsive and followed up

I signed up for AngiesList to look for a company to solve my animal problem. I had been hearing scratching in my attic for a few weeks and, after looking on Google, realized that it was probably rats or squirrels. After speaking with Luke once, he was at my home later the same afternoon and performed a very thorough inspection inside my attic and outside my home. He then pointed out an armadillo burrow and rooting in my back yard that I probably would never have even noticed. He found rat urine and droppings in my attic (gross!) and took plenty of pictures of where they had been nesting and chewing on my air conditioning ducts as well. I had him set traps on the spot, inside the attic for the rats and outside for the armadillos. He showed up the following day and performed the "exclusion" on the house to keep the rats out and remove an armadillo he had caught overnight. Over the next two weeks, he came by four more times, removing a second armadillo and 3 or 4 rats before giving my home a clean bill of health. I've since been able to sleep easy with no scratching above my bedroom and no more holes in my back yard! I would definitely hire him again if I needed to.

Setting up the appointment was very easy. I contacted Luke and told him the two days I was available, and he provided a variety of times on both of those days. He arrived on time (called to let me know he was on his way before hand) and was very professional. He took quite a bit of time to inspect the property and home before taking any action.
Upon his inspection of our attic, he found 3 baby raccoons in a corner of our home (not the corner we thought, either!). He gently removed them from the attic and used them to attract the mother. While he said it could take a day or two for mom to come join her babies, Luke's great placement of the trap had the mother inside with her babies in, at the most, 4 hours (the first time I checked the trap, she was there). I notified him of that, and he promptly picked up the whole family early the next morning to take them to an animal rehabilitator.
The service was fairly priced, extremely fast, and executed in a professional, safe, and humane manner. I am very happy with the services provided, and would use Luke again in the future.
