Enviro Tech Pest Prevention Systems

I needed a WDO inspection report during my home inspection. Dominic from HomePride inspections was performing my home inspection and recommended and brought Larry from Enviro Tech Pest Prevention to perform the WDO. I had great confidence in Dominic so I knew Larry would be great. Larry was indeed great and answered all of my questions that I had once the inspection was complete.

Larry consistently provides us with an excellent job. He is been taking care of our pest control needs for over 9 years and he is very professional, punctual, and you can always count on a job well done.

This entire experience was top-notch from start to finish. First, the owner returned my call promptly, and after I explained that there was something unknown living in my attic, he was very transparent about the pricing and the process for each kind of animal that it could possibly be. Larry was available to come by the next morning. He arrived early, walked in, listened to the sounds in the ceiling, and immediately knew that it was baby raccoons. He then walked outside, and almost IMMEDIATELY pointed out the clues that showed how they were getting in. Luckily, the mother had been scared off by plumbers performing a re-plumb the day prior, so there were only the babies remaining in the house. They were difficult to get to, in the eave of the attic, but Larry made fast work of it. He then sealed the other possible entries, and there is a year warranty on the work. This is a well-ran business. I was impressed, as well as completely satisfied with the work performed.

Michelle was the technician who came out. She was very professional, friendly and thorough. Answered all of my questions and explained what I should expect directly the following the treatment. I've finished my first one year contract with this company and I have no complaints. They have addressed all of my issues and I have hardly seen a bug this past year. Will be renewing my contract for another year. This company has even locked in my Angie's List discounted price!

So far so good with Enviro-tech. They have kept up with scheduled appointments. Bugs haven't been an issue since beginning our contract. Of course, there's been an occasional bug here or there, but hey!, it's Florida.

The pest control lady showed up on time. She was very personable, knowledgeable and extremely thorough. She placed the various pesticides on the inside of the house, the outside and the attic. She was able to answer all of my questions and informed me as to the other services Enviro Tech can provide which may come in handy in the future. After the initial treatment we saw a few more bugs, which she had told us would happen, then nothing. I'm very happy with the service provided and would definitely recommend Enviro Tech.

Called Enviro Tech an they were out within a couple of days. The tech spent 3-4 hours filling in gaps in our foundation, roof lines, siding, etc. He then set traps in our attic and was back a few days later to gather up the traps. He set some more and came back a week later. They have a 6 month guarantee and we asked them to come back one additional time as we thought we heard something. Never a problem, they were out in a matter of a couple of days and we are thankfully rodent-free. Highly recommend them. They're thorough

Larry was early and promptly went to work spraying and baiting the interior and exterior of the house. He went into the attic and found an ant nest over the master bath. The ants started falling like crazy through a light fixture. We'll see how it goes. Larry was very thorough inside and out. I was impressed with this company.

I was unhappy with my previous provider of regular yard fertilizer, pest control and home pest control, so I decided to try another provider.  I contacted EnviroTech about a year ago and Dave came to see me and quote me within a day of asking.  I decided to go ahead and give them a try after seeing positive reviews and I must say that I have been very happy with EnviroTech.  They reply within a few hours of leaving a message and are very attentive to any concerns I have, even coming out if I have any concerns.

Service was on time, Larry was very professional explained details and answered my questions, will definitely be using their services again!

It went pretty well at the beginning, we were told it would cost us $695.00 and they would go through my attic and close up any accesses that the rats may have and around the exterior also. The Tech. told us he set about 13 traps(righting a little fuzzy there. Anyway the traffic up in the attic led us to believe there was more than 2 rats. The Tech came back on the 31st. (4 days later) & found 1 dead Rat.& he found another 1-2 more openings and close them up. By Thursday they were running around again. We called and pleaded for them to come again, we were told that normally they space their visits 4 days apart & the fact that we're in Clermont which is on the fringes of the area & would have to be after 5PM.. I tried to explain to David the "Manager" that my wife is extremely ill and we are jumping all around with Doctors appointments. We finally agreed on Fri. the 3rd. They found nothing, he told us to tape the noise next time. Well all **** broke loose on Fri. night then nothing on Sat. day then Sat. Night it started the smell & on Sun. Morning the smell got worse. I called Enviro Tech Sun. Night and left a message for Mon. Day Morning. Well from Mon.day mid day until 4:15 PM I haven't heard back from them. The office personal lack manners and are bad liars it seems very questionable that everybody is away from their desk If Clermont is a inconvenience then don't take the this area. Well Hooray it's 4:30 the tech will be here at 6PM. Either way I would never recommend this Company to anyone living in Clermont. And being the president of the Board means I talk to a lot of people. The big deal from Enviro Tech Pest Prevention Systems was okay. Yeah, it was fine. He gave us a certificate. That's what we needed. We were deciding on renting the house. We have to have that certificate. He was very responsive.
