They did a wonderful job! Emily provided us with a list of properties which had recently sold in the area to help us establish a reasonable listing price. They then marketed and showed the house keeping us informed on every showing. Once we had a contract, Chris continued to make sure everything that needed to be accomplished was accomplished. My father had moved into assisted living and most of my siblings were not living in the area. As a long distance sale, Chris and Emily made it as easy as possible on us. They constantly checked on the house and made sure all the paperwork for the closing was provided to me in advance so I could sign the documents and return them in time for the closing. I can't thank them enough for the way they handled the whole listing and sale of my father's house!

Chris and Emily are a Realtor team that cares more about their client's well-being, their future plans as homeowners and the overall financial success of their clients more than any other Realtor My wife and I have dealt with in the past. They are just as quick to fight for an offer as they are to counsel us as to why a property might not be in our best interest. We definitely know this to be true because we entered into a bid on our house without even seeing the property first with our own eyes since we live 3300 miles away. That is how much we trusted Chris and Emily on advice or recommendations they would give us. Chris never once minded when my wife would ask him to check out a property and take many pictures and film of the house and neighborhood and many times was not to our liking. Chris and Emily didn't miss a thing though because the house we ended up buying was one that they recommended to us after getting to know our likes, dislikes, and requests. Chris and Emily both went above and beyond to make our home buying a reality and I know they put their hearts into their jobs and clients.
They are a 5-star professional team, consultants, and FRIENDS - NOT just some Realtor who is out to close a
deal. I highly recommend Chris and Emily as real-estate professionals if you're buying or selling a house in the area.
