CROWN AUDIO

Neal at CrowneAudio came out to evaluate my AV system and recommended some upgrades to get me system to HDMI rather than the component system that i had. After talking to Neal, he explained all of the services to me that his company offered. They do AV and  they also do lights, shades and automation systems. After a few days i met with Neal their beautiful winter park location. Neal was able to allow me to control his automation system at the winter park show room, and go over the entire proposal line by line and explained everything that i needed. 
From the initial meeting to the final install i would have to say i was impressed by Neal and his Staff. I would recommend Crowne audio to all my friends.

Interacting with the experts at Crown Audio is a truly extraordinary experience in the acquisition of a sound system that is the “perfect one” for each individual client. Whether one seeks a version of a shoulder-carried boom-box, the most exquisite high-end audio system, or something between those two points, the professionals at Crown Audio can ferret out the customer’s preferred music type(s) and listening style, and tailor a sound system to him/her. In particular, Waels Yacoub, the owner, is totally amazing. He is personable, patient, understanding, and has an innate ability to comprehend laymen's language about sound, and to put complex, technical terminology into understandable terms. He listened carefully to my perspectives regarding my music listening/hearing sensitivity, and demonstrated an impressive knowledge of the technology of sound as well as the capabilities and specifications of each specific component produced by different manufacturers. He integrated the entire composite of his expertise for me to put together a sound system that goes far beyond what I could even envision. In the process of making a decision, I listened to several sound systems with different components (e.g., receiver, speakers, sub-woofer) switched in and out in different combinations. In so doing, I was never pressured to purchase any component according to its price, or for any other characteristic for that matter. Various components were integrated into various systems and were presented to me along with the pluses, minuses, prices, and rationales for consideration. At all times with all components, purchase decisions were left to me with particular respect to my listening (and dollar) sensitivities. In addition, I opted to have the experts at Crown Audio install the system in my home, and I highly recommend that others pursue this option as well. They set up my new components and integrated them with existing capabilities (e.g. television, computer) that I never would have been able to figure out by myself. As the final, exacting touch, Waels arrived before the technicians departed in order to make sure that everything was installed to perfection, and in my unique case, that the speakers were precisely adjusted to bring the orchestras playing my most-loved classical music into my own home “symphony hall.”

I have used Crown Audio for all of my home theater needs for the past 8 years. I have never received anything less than absolute professionalism. The knowledge of product they represent is excellent. They were able to provide exactly what I was looking for at the price that was originally quoted. Each time the technicians arrived they were punctual, professional and friendly. The work was completed on time and on budget. I highly recommend Crown Audio.

They came to install new components to upgrade my home theatre system. They also installed a sonos system. They were on time and even built a custom cabinet system. We were thrilled with their work and professionalism. We had a few issues after they left, but they were quick to remedy the situation.

My wife and I decided to start with the whole house audio first. This was a great way to bribe my wife into saying yes to the movie room. A technician named Mark came out and walked the project with me first and had detailed notes from Nael. Immpressive. Next his attention to detail and cleanliness was appreciaited. The job did take more time than anticipated but it was worth it. My wife absolutely loves the new Sonos system. We also opted for the 12 channel amp with Sonos control which reduced our cost and increased the sound quality by adding more power. Great design and I love to save $.
The movie room was similar in outcome. I didn't prompt to spend extra money on memorabelia. I asked for sound and video quality first. A colleague recomended a projector that Nael did not carry. What I respect is that Nael immediate found the projector and sold it to me for less than my colleague paid from a competitor. Nael even recommended a special order screen to match apples to apples with the projector, that once again Crown Audio did not carry. The fact that Crown went the extra mile to educate themselves on a projector that was not there own was impressive.
In the end the project took a little longer than anticipated but Crown stayed within my budget and produced an amazing room. Pics to follow. Thank you Crown Audio for your professionalism and service. I don't typically take the time to write reviews but you deserve it.

I wanted to upgrade my 10 year old Snell / Lexicon / Bryston system to something that embraced current technology - I spent 6 months of Saturdays visiting show rooms all over Florida from Tampa to Jacksonville to West Palm but couldn't find a system I felt was an improvement or a company I felt comfortable about trusting to make it happen - Crown Audio was my solution - They had great equipment and gave me a comfort level that I would get the performance I wanted - The service was incredible and the price was more than fair
I started with a McIntosh MC205 amp and an MX150 processor - That was followed by upgrading my Transparant cables to WireWorld Silver Ecpise - Next came the amazing Kaladescape .. that component alone is worth the visit to the Crown Show Room
Now I am getting ready to add a set of Revel Salon Ultima speakers .. these are ranked in the top 10 speakers systems of all time
I am a very satisfied customer ... make that a Crown Audio Fan !!!!!
