Internet Service, Landline Phone Service
The price started out low and then every month it seems to go up. They are expensive. If you try to call them on the phone, you wait for half an hour or 45 minutes before a person speaks to you. You go through a bunch of messages that you don't care about. The internet is fast. I had a package, but I don't have them for TV anymore. For the phone I have caller ID, call waiting, voice mail and things like that. They are basically the only game in town. I really don't have any other choices. If I had a choice, I wouldn't use them anymore.

Customer service is horrific. It takes FOREVER to actually get ahold of someone and when you do?they are NOT local and it?s
pretty much impossible to get anything done without sending a technician out?which of course there is a service call fee attached to it. I have had to spend more time on hold and being transferred around dealing with this company than any other company I have ever dealt with.
Just when I think I FINALLY resolved one issue with their services something else happens. First it was the cable box, then it was the phone line, then it was an issue with the WI-FI connection, then my DVR would record? the problem list is ENDLESS. And every time I call I have to repeat ALL my information OVER and OVER again. What I don?t understand is why they ask your information
via their system then once you reach an actual person they ask you the SAME exact questions again..??? Seem redundant and absolutely inefficient.
OVERALL?VERY unhappy with this service. Nothing seems to get resolved and of course THERE IS ALWAYS ANOTHER FEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
THE ONLY THING THIS COMPANY HAS THAT IS WORTHWHILE IS THEIR ACTUAL BUNDLES FOR NTERNET/PHONE/CABLE. THE PRICE IS FAIR. BUT I WOULD RATHER PAY A LITTLE MORE (BRIGHT HOUSE PRICES) FOR BETTER SERVICE AND PROBLEM RESOLUTION.

They are okay. I spend $160 a month for my cable and internet. Their service is mostly satisfactory.
