Excellent. I interviewed Home Depot, FAS and left 2 messages for Window World who never returned my calls. The first two quoted me $7,000, but Tom at Colonial quoted me $4,200. I hired him in part due to price but also due to his excellent rating on Google under "window replacement orlando". My windows were a rare style and had to be special ordered. Installation was done in Janaury 2016 while I was at work, and I have had no problems whatsoever. If you plan to remain in your home this is one investment you will never regret paying for, and I highly recommend Tom and his Team at Colonial.

Went very well, very professional.  Cut and removed old windows, in some cases, having to cut them out of the frame.  Installed new windows that are working as advertised.  Cut sound, light, and heat out tremendously.

I met with Tom from Colonial Industries to discuss replacement of 5 windows in my house. I am a first time home buyer and single person and my parents wanted to pay my new windows. I could tell immediately he was knowledgeable and he treated me like a person not just another sale. He was very kind in explaining my options and he even showed me around my own neighborhood to point out some of the things I had never even noticed about the different types of windows and configurations. Tom was extremely thorough and made the process extremely simple for me. He worked with my parents on the cost side and made the installation process painless for me. My parents told me his price was very competitive and it was a pleasure to work with him. I would recommend Tom and Colonial Industries to my neighbors, in fact I already have.

I chose them because they were within my budget and I did not have to pay for the permit. It went very well and the presentation was easy. They were very forthwith everything that they did. There was nothing to dislike because they were not pushy. They were very reasonably priced and were on time.
