I received a call from Rob at Cloud 9 Computing Group within minutes of posting on Angie's list. Rob remotely logged into my server and performed his magic. Within 30 mins or so he'd fixed the original problem and proceeded to conduct an analysis of my server and network. He made some very useful recommendations to improve the stability of my setup. Rob took the time to explain his findings and emailed me a detailed short-list of to-do's for the near future to reduce the possibility of my original problem happening again. This was hands-down the most professional and efficient I.T. consultant I have dealt with and I would not hesitate to use them again - I fact they will be my go-to from this day forward - nightmare averted.
