It did not go well. He charged me $400 for the diagnosis and repair. He said that the pipe was blocked, the freon was low, and there was a leak. Supposedly he repaired all that. The very next day it went back to the same problems it was having before. I called him back hoping that he would come back to recheck it to see what went wrong. He came on Sunday to fix it and on Monday it wasn't working. I called him on Tuesday morning and he didn't call me back until 4 or 5 pm. He said he was going to come take a look at it. He texted me at 5pm telling me that his truck broke and was in the shop. I told him I could wait until the next day. Wednesday afternoon he told me that his truck still wasn't working and that he could drive another car here. He said that there might be another problem that would cost $250. I got the feeling that he was avoiding me. I asked him how he knew how much it would cost without even looking at it and he said, "cash, no check." We had been arguing back and forth via text for awhile and I have yet to hear back from him. He hasn't even come back to take a look at it.

During Kazim?s inspection of one of my systems he found extensive mold collecting all over one of my air handler blower units. For a very reasonable price he thoroughly cleaned the unit which he had to completely remove from our attic. He wire brushed and chemically cleaned, blew it out and then reassembled the unit. He devoted 90 minutes alone to clean this unit.
My main reason for seeking out Kazim was his ad that specifically stated he could solve a "hot room" issue. In 2006 we had our house renovated, enlarged and we added a second A/C system. After the renovation was complete, my teenage son?s room was always 5 to 6 degrees warmer than any other room in the house. I had the original A/C company look at it several times only to hear everything was designed and working properly. I added additional insulation and brought in two other well-known companies who all said the same thing as the original A/C Company. Kazim took one look at the duct work and pointed out how it was routed wrong and with the wrong size flexible ducts to the ceiling vent. Kazim returned as promised with the new hardware and fixed the problem in less than an hour. Unbelievable difference! This room is now as cool as or cooler than any other room in the house! I was prepared to buy a window A/C unit for this room if Kazim could not find a solution.
Kazim is friendly, hardworking, has high standards and integrity and reasonably priced. I will never use another A/C company because Kazim is one of those rare people who does not cut corners and takes pride in doing a job right the first time. The only concern I have now is my son?s room is so comfortable I do not think he will ever leave now. I would highly recommend Kazim to other friends and neighbors who need any A/C maintenance done.
