We recently moved to Florida from the Midwest, so my piano had made a cross-country move as well as experiencing a major change in climate. I called Mr. Berg on Thursday and he had time to come out the next day. He let me pick the time. He came within one minute of the appointed time. He brought everything he needed. He didn't ask for anything while he was in my home (wouldn't even accept a glass of water). He got right down to business and tuned the piano. I think it sounds better than it ever has! He is a registered piano technician with the Piano Technicians Guild. When testing his work, he proved he also can play the piano beautifully. He also has created a very informative website.
