Description of Work: Daniel Berg tuned my Baldwin piano. He has been tuning it since 1997. He is very good at what he does. He is also very professional. I would highly recommend him for your piano needs.

Description of Work: We needed new keys put on our piano and to have it tuned. There was a misunderstanding about the fact that, if it were taken apart and put back together, we would want it tuned, and he hadn't allotted enough time to do a thorough job with the tuning. Our fault for not being more clear.

piano tuning
 + -1 moreWe recently moved to Florida from the Midwest, so my piano had made a cross-country move as well as experiencing a major change in climate. I called Mr. Berg on Thursday and he had time to come out the next day. He let me pick the time. He came within one minute of the appointed time. He brought everything he needed. He didn't ask for anything while he was in my home (wouldn't even accept a glass of water). He got right down to business and tuned the piano. I think it sounds better than it ever has! He is a registered piano technician with the Piano Technicians Guild. When testing his work, he proved he also can play the piano beautifully. He also has created a very informative website.
Description of Work: Mr. Berg came to my home to tune my piano. He brought all the equipment needed (including equipment to test the temperature and humidity of the home).
