THE STAFF AT COUNTRYWIDE IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. ANGIE WILLIS HANDLED MY APPLICATION PROCESS AND HELPED ME WITH INSURING THAT EVERYTHING NEEDED WAS CORRECTLY COMMUNICATED TO ME. FOR THE CLOSING MR. KARAMAT WAS ASSIGNED TO ENSURE THAT THE CLOSING WENT SMOOTHLY (WHICH IT DID). AFTER THE CLOSING, I MOVED INTO MY HOME. I RECEIVED A CALL ABOUT ONE MONTH LATER TO ASK IF EVERYTHING WAS OK AND IF I WAS SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE I RECEIVED. I EXPLAINED TO THE CALLER THAT I WAS EXTREMELY SATISFIED WITH THE PROCESS AND WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND COUNTRYWIDE TO OTHERS WHICH I HAVE.
