Aquaworks Pool Service & Repair

My wife and I are truly blown away at the complete new transformation to our pool and adjacent patio.Aqua Works is a class above business and completely went above our expectations. From the first day to the last, everything and I mean everything progressed like a fine timepiece.Every tradesman who worked on our project was talented and courteous.All of our questions were answered promptly and quickly addressed and the work was finished in a reasonable time. If you are considering installing a new pool or putting a facelift renovation on your pool as we did, run do not walk to your phone and contact these able professionals.

Terrible! I will never use them again.

Rick showed up promptly the morning after I called for the repair. He was very outgoing and friendly, and quickly changed out the bulb. He noted that the pool return was not set to the most optimal configuration to maximize circulation, and fixed it for me without me having to ask. He takes pride in his work and I will call him again for all of my pool repair needs.

Always excellent service, very nice, friendly, fast.  They explain how to take care of the equipment after they are gone.  They've helped us out multiple times with our older pool.

Rick called to say he would arrive in 30 minutes.  He knocked on the door to make me aware he had arrived.  When I greeted him, he handed me his business card.  He was polite and friendly.  After I walked him into the pool enclosure he asked me to explain what I had observed with the in-floor system.  I explained the nozzles were not going down when the pool was on but almost all were up when the pool was on.  He noted and I concurred the pressure was insufficient to properly clean the pool.  He explained how the valve unit worked to cycle through all the nozzles and thought the problem was with the actuator.  Rick assured me it would be an easy fix and the pool would be working properly soon.  We walked to the valve unit hidden in the hedge behind the pool then he went to retrieve a small shovel.  Carefully removing dirt from around the unit he determined it was a 6 port valve.  Rick noted the pressure value was broken and should also be replaced.  Rick called my local Pinch A Penny store to see if the parts were in stock.  It was and quoted me the price for the parts and his service call.  While he was gone the weather quickly got stormy.  Rick called to say he was going to delay returning since it was raining hard and would run an errand and hope the weather would clear.  He approximated he would come back in about an hour.  Rick returned in less than an hour but it was still pouring.  He phoned me from his van to say he was going to wait it out in my driveway.  After about ten minutes the rain stopped and Rick commenced the repair.  He called about fifteen minutes to let me know he was done.  I met him on the pool deck where he was watching the nozzles to make sure they cycled properly.  Rick replaced the dirt neatly around the valve unit before returning to his van to write up the invoice.  After processing payment, Rick expressed appreciation for my business and hoped we would think of AquaWorks again if needed service.

I ordered the pump on a Saturday and it was installed on a Monday. Jimmy was the installer and was very professional. He was unable to program the pump because I was having my pool refinished at the time.

It went well. The installer needed extra parts that he did not have (because we asked him for some extra work). He left to get supplies and complete another job and then stayed late to finish the work for us. He showed us what each pipe was, both intake and output pipes/valves,and how to maximize efficiency with chlorination and using the variable speeds. Very, very helpful information!  We''l be able to keep the pool cleaner with less work and reduce our electric bill substantially. Thank you, Aquaworks!

Pool always is good on chemicals, clean, and filters/skimmer are always cleaned out. Pat does a great job. Highly recommend.

Called Aquaworks on Thursday and they arrived next morning for repair. Replaced capacitor on pool motor. Completed repair in less than 30 minutes. Very fair price.

I have used aqua works several times for various pool repairs. They are always on time and very friendly. Prices are reasonable.

It went very well. The teck even saved me some money.

It was okay. They were a little expensive so I'm using a different pool person now that is a lot less expensive. They were nice but they were pricey. They did do the job. I would not use them again based on the pricing.

He saw the pump was burned out and was not suited for inground pool. He replaced pump, cleaned filter and noticed small air leak at 3 way. Said we did not have to repair it right now, but to watch for it getting wors.

Two man team arrived on time. Found the nest and chewed wires. Replace the wires which the other pool service said could not be done with out replacing the igniter. Cleaned everything up. Heater has worked flawlessly since then.
