Scott stated the wood was damaged and he did not recommend installing on 1 of the 2 columns. I appreciated the advice and I decided to reorder wood. Scott asked for full payment at that time even though 1 column was incomplete. He then asked for an additional $100 to come back and finish the column. I reluctantly paid him since he seemed honest and didn't install the damaged wood and the wood being damaged was not his fault. To date I have now called Scott 4 times and text him 6 times to coordinate a time for him to come back and finish the job. No response. Very unprofessional. In addition they litter the yard with cigarette butts.
