We purchased a new home in the Orlando area. Based on our Realtor's recommendation, we hired 20/20 to do a home inspection. 20/20 told us that the home inspection came with a free 1 time pest control treatment, which we accepted. We were not in Florida at the time of the pest control treatment, so our son let 20/20 into the property. 20/20 asked our son if we wanted the inside of the house treated, which we agreed to. We later get a bill for $500 dollars for a yearly contract. We had not signed a contract, nor were we even been given any information on their various services. So we contested the charges, to which they indicated that our agreeing to service the inside of the house constituted a contract. We eventually agree to pay $100 for the one time inside service. We are give 20/20 an F rating do to poor communication and shady business practices.
