They are a busy company - but all GOOD contractors are busy! Plan you job out a week or so in advance. Rich (the owner) actually answers his phone! He will come at anytime to give a quote... evenings, weekends, he NEVER stops working! We even showed him a picture of how we wanted the fence to look and he made it for us! His crew will not leave until the job is finished and you are 100% satisfied! If there is a problem or concern they will actually listen and fix it, making you 100% happy. In 2 days they transformed our backyard into a private retreat. We couldn`t be happier! We even called him again for a different job and within days the job was finished! Rich has many resources, he knows a lot of people in the area and is not shy about providing referrals to others. We would definitely recommend BZ Industries to anyone needing any type of fencing!

I needed to replace an existing wood fence that was falling apart. I got in touch with Rich through HomeAdvisor and he responded very quickly. Rich came to review the project with me on Thursday evening (within a day of my request) and gave me a great price based on my requirements. The work was scheduled for the following Tuesday and was completed on Wednesday. Less than a week from initial request to finished project! I am a very happy and satisfied customer. I would highly recommend Rich and his crew for any fencing project!

Rich called me within 10 minutes of my request and came out quickly to give me an estimate. As soon as he obtained the permit from they city he had a crew out here and the fence was up the same day. He kept me informed of the status on getting the permit and any delays. I never had to call to "check up" on anything.
