Excellent!

Thatcher is wonderful. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for pool services. Thatcher began caring for our pool more than a month before we moved down from Illinois. He was very professional and courteous, and routinely called me to keep me informed about the care of our pool. When a large volume leak was detected, Thatcher took care of all of the repair arrangements which was invaluable to me as I was 1000+ miles away at the time. Our pool is beautiful and sparking and we couldn't be happier.

Approximately 1 year ago, I desperately needed a good pool service provider. As a member, I turned to Angie's List and found Ansley's Pool Service, Inc; and, I made contact w/the owner, who has provided for me the best pool service I have yet to experience. I waited a year before writing a review because statistically good service will wane over time...Not Ansley's. And, I must add that I did not give the A+ rating, Ansley's personnel(s) earned it. I am a very satisfied customer.

It went very well. He came at the time he said he would be here. Took all the mildew off the beams and the deck area and it look great. When he was done, he asked me to come out and take a look to make sure I was satisfied with his work. I told him he did a great job and would be called next year to do the same thing. He went out to his truck and gave me the invoice and told him it was a pleasure meeting him. He said the same thing. You can tell he was a good family man and here to make sure you are satisfied with his work.

I needed a pool service very badly...but I was cautious in choosing a service because I had received such awful and unreliable pool service previous to subscribing to Angie List. And, it was through Angie's that I first met Thatcher Ansley, the owner. Thatcher addressed each problem that I was experiencing @the time. He was proficient, knowledgeable, and he readily gained my attention when he cleaned thoroughly my poll and spa issues in a short span of time. And, he charged comparable prices for his services. I was so impressed by Thatchers' timeliness, that I hired his bi-weekly service,and I have been pleased with Ansley's Services that have been performed by Frank, Thatchers' employee. He was exactly as the reviews on Angie's List said he was going to be! He was very friendly, communicative and direct. He provided good information and feedback. His diagnosis was spot on. I put a lot of trust into him and he did a fantastic job. His price is right where it should be.

Ansley's Pool Service came out right away to fix my serious pool issues and had my pool up and running within 48 hours, a job that another company had failed to accomplish. He's courteous and knowledgeable and always on time as well as priced fairly. I'm now using them for all of my pool maintenance and repairs. Can't recommend enough!

Purchase house from out state had Ansley's Pool Service, Inc. check out pool and had them Maintain til I moved in they did a great job.

My husband and I bought a home in April of 2011. Even after we contracted a home inspection (Dream Home Inspections) we found DE all over the bottom of the pool due to old grids. After checking Angies List I found Thatchers Pool Service with an "A" rating. I gave him a call ( and I think it was even a Sunday) and he was quick to respond and set up an appointment. He was very knowledgeable about the pool system, and thank goodness, because DE is a new system for us. Thatcher got the replacement parts, fixed the system,vacuumed up the mess in the bottom of the pool,and supplied us with the part #'s for the pool light and gasket so we could replace them ourselves. This repair was done 2 months ago and the pool is running like a dream. No more DE on the bottom of the pool!! Very happy I chose Thatcher and happy Angies list provides this service. Will call Thatcher anytime we have a problem with our pool.

I've been using them for years and I don't have to ever call them. He does such a good job on my swimming pool. He is very punctual and professional. His quality of work is very good.

My husband and I don't really have the time to dedicate to our pool maintenance. We were both getting frustrated and so I looked on Angie's List for options. I found Ansley's pool service on the top of the list and after getting his quote along with a couple other companies...Ansley's it was. I like that he offers a bi-weekly service.

Everything goes very well since they do a very good job. They take care of everything. I have used such services in the past by other companies and I always had to double check everything. I pay them $180 a month.

I describe him as a perfectionist. He treats my pool as if it were his own. He's done exceptional work on everything he's done for me. He keeps everything running with no worries from me.
