water heater repair
+ -1 moreExcellent. The two installers were here on time and took about 6 hours total for the install. Cleaned up afterwards and had old water heater removed. I can't wait to see the savings in the electric bills.
Description of Work: Installed a solar water heater system: 80 gallon tank (with electric elements for backup), 10' long x 4' high roof mounted panel, small recirculating pump and associated pipes, insulation and valves. Mounted panel close to roof keeping it visually appealing. Part of the selling point is to have a more energy efficient home so the salesman gives you a free energy study by identifying areas that money can be saved. Of course, one is the solar system. Very friendly and helpful. By no means was it a high pressure sale job. With the rebates and tax credits, the total job is around 50% of the original price.
