Wes and Jane are a pleasure to deal with. They are polite, hardworking, reasonably priced, reliable, pleasant, and more. We couldn't be happier with their work. Through the years, Wes has installed pavers for us, done paver repair work (damage from tree roots), and power washed, re-sanded, and sealed our pavers. Wes works VERY hard and does an excellent job!! We have recommended A Complete Fix to many friends and neighbors, who have also been very pleased with their work. Could not have asked for better service. Wesley did a fantastic job. Discovered we needed more work than originally thought and he just took care of it. Arrived on time, polite. Just did a great job.

I felt like the owner was very down to earth and very professional. Once we went over the plan layout, I immediately knew I wanted him to do the work and he voluntarily gave me a list w/names and addresses so that I could go see his finished work. That was icing on the cake! I had others come by to give me estimates and they frowned when I asked for pictures of their work coming accross very over confident and didn't want to supply me with anything just their word. Others just had none to offer. I like to see what I'm getting before hand and the owner for A complete fix was organized and had a book of all his work. I was very pleased and have been verbally referring them to by passerby's who inquire about who did our paves and currently they are doing a friends home as we speak.

Excellent!! The owner showed up for the estimate and he was very nice. He came with samples and voluntarily gave me a list of addresses of homes he had completed jobs so that I could drive by and see. That was a key feature for my hiring him. I'm a visual person so this was important and he came highly recommended and is local. We contracted him and all went so well and I love love love how the pavers look!

I contacted 3 vendors through Angie's list. This is the only vendor that showed up on time and that I did not have to follow-up with to obtain their quote. With that said, the job went well and our concerns were addressed.

Punctual. Professional. Friendly. Fast. Work took 2 days which was amazing as that old concrete patio was a bear to remove. They carted away away the debris. Install with a team of 3 was as professional as could possibly be. Wes came up with some great ideas for working within the constraints of our landscape and the result is absolutely gorgeous. Neighbors have been very complementary and even the mail man stopped by to offer his praise (we gave him Wes' contact info). We were so impressed that we asked them to do the same concept to our garden in front of the hours. There were no negatives during this experience. We plan on having them redo our retaining wall in the backyard sometime later this year or early next year. We would consider no one else.

Both Wes and Jane were pleasant to deal with. Wes has a good eye for design and the work was done on time. We're very
pleased with the result. Wes and his crew cleaned up the job site after they finished and left everything looking neat.
The price he quoted was fair for the work done and he actually had to buy more stones than he thought (minimum quantities) but he stuck to his quoted price.
What more can I say. We'll certainly call them next time we need any stone work done.

It took four days for them to complete the work, when most other contractors would have probably taken 3 and cut a lot of corners. I cannot say enough about the level of professionalism, skill and design that Wesley and his team brought to this project. It came out absolutely amazing, and well beyond my expectations. I would recommend A Complete Fix Inc without any reservations. Thank you again.
