Description of Work: Excellent Customer Service, Quick response, Excellent work completed on AC and problem corrected with no further problems. I will use this company again if I should have any issues or concerns with my AC or Heating System.

Description of Work: When my a/c went on the blink, I was afraid that I was looking at a huge bill. My Taylor had done work at my home previously, several years ago, and I found him to be very attentive, fair, and professional. For those reasons, I knew I could trust him to honestly diagnose my unit and fix the problem. He did just that, and in a short amount of time, my a/c was back up running again.

Description of Work: Serviced Heat pump and although the quality of service was acceptable I was charged a $35 travel fee with the distance of travel from his business to my residence was less than 3 miles.

 + -1 moreMr. Taylor is great, very experienced, very knowledgeable and very professional. We first went with a box store for the "free" financing but that cost us an arm and a leg in extra costs, aggravation and time for them trying two different installers to try and make the system work right. They were never able to get it to work right mainly because of incompetent install issues over and over again. We called Mr. Taylor to put our new unit in and he fixed everything they had damaged in one day and we've been up and running great ever since. Should have gone with him in the beginning he has always been very dependable and honest with us in the past as well, we just fell for that box store "free" financing, which turned out to be anything but "free". New Rheem unit is the right size now and quiet as can be . Most importantly it runs great, something the Trane never did.
Description of Work: Tim Taylor AC replaced our AC unit inside and out and made all necessary repairs from previous installers errors.
