TIFTON CYCLES

I dropped off my ATV with Tifton cycles to have them work on a carburetor problem I gave them all of my contact information, including my cell phone number. This was on a Tuesday morning in early May(2011). I called to check on it that Friday, and it had not been looked at yet, which they were apparently behind. I called back the following week, and it was still not ready, something about the mechanic being out for some reason. I had continued this for about 4 weeks, each time I had to call up there to find out any information about my ATV, not once did the parts/service manager call me about any status of repairs. When I called back on June17, the service manager did say it had been ready, but I had never received a call saying it was ready for pick up. When I picked up my ATV,  I insisted on test driving To make sure the ATV preformed well. It did and I was actually able to talk to the mechanic to find out what he did to fix it. He was very nice to explain everything he had done to fix my problem. The service manger never once apologized or offered anything for taking so long to get to my ATV. Very POOR SERVICE!
