The Plumber's service was exceptional!
He repaired the shower wall and made sure at every point in the process we were able to examine his work before he covered it up with the next step in the work load. Was very polite and took great care in keeping our home clean an even took his towel and laid it down on the seat before sitting down to receive his well earned pay... We WILL Definitely use him again,,,As a Navy man, we have a saying for a job well done,, BRAVO ZULU!

Plumber removed pipe, drove to Lake City to buy part and replaced pipe. When he turned on the water and saw it was still leaking he removed the pipe without fully turning off the water. This causes a steady flow of water to cover the 100 year old hardwood flooring in the bathroom. Had I not run for rag towels and turned off the water the bathroom floor might have been ruined. When he left, the sopping towels lay strewn across the floor, the mats flipped upside down and the wall and floor still wet. The toilet, however, does not leak.

After a freezing night, I noticed water dripping from an outdoor PVC pipe with a faucet. The pipe had broken in several places. I didn't need the use of it, so the Plumber dug up the pipe, sealed it, and capped it off. They were fast and competent. The price was more because of the distance they had to come, as I live in the country.

They've always come out promptly and they were professional. They do great work, and we've never needed them to do a follow-up visit to fix/adjust any of their work. I've recommended them to people at work when asked about whether I know a good plumber.
There is an up-charge for after-hours work, but that's fine with me since they do great work. Absolutely no complaints!
