It was not very good . Employee was at my home for about 30 minutes and that included introducing himself and that included giving me a receipt. My residence is about 2,600 feet and 30 minutes from arrival to departure is inadequate to inspect the inside and outside of a residence. He never got on the floor to test the base board and he never entered the attic.

I love them. They have been servicing our house for 9 years. I know the guy and he knows my dogs. It is the same gentleman or another guy. If I call them out, they are so responsive. They are johnny on it and they are just right out. He has been doing my house forever. I trust him implicitly. If I'm not home, I tell them to go on it. They are great. We've been on a contract for 9 years. I just signed up a rental home for $90 a quarter for a total of $360 a year. I am very impressed by them. They are really nice when I call on the phone. They are really good people and I don't have to worry about them stealing anything. They are very responsive and I just love them. I don't have any need for anybody else. I have 3 rentals on contract with them.

Overall, the job went fine. They come out and check the little things like they are supposed to. The price of $3000 was for the initial treatment and to set the things up. It's not that much every year. They were punctual. They called to say what time they would be here and that's what time they came. They didn’t say that they will be there between 12 and 5. They gave us a pretty precise time that they would be here, and they were here. The price was fair; we checked out with other people. The quality is good. With regard to responsiveness, they were great.

They are great. They send email reminders and follow ups. They will come as often as I need them and don't charge any extra. They are really good about doing what I ask them to do. They go above and beyond with the services they provide. They also offer automatic billing which is very convenient for me.
