We love our new home that was built and recently completed by Sparks Construction. It turned out exactly as we had envisioned. We found Josh Sparks to be honest, responsive, and very pleasant to work with.

While I am satisfied with the end product, the time frame was much longer than I expected. Worse, his bid was too low and he could not complete the job without many cost overruns which became my financial burden. Imagine getting legal notices that your home is being foreclosed upon because he did not pay suppliers. What should have been an exciting and happy thing turned into a Nightmare to say the least. This is stil not resolved almost three years later. Always , always , always use a bank to ensure suppliers and subcontractors are being paid. Don't trust a builder with your cash.

I've worked with Josh on many projects over the years. He's always been very responsive, hard working and above all 100% honest!
It says a lot to me that no matter what your facing he always gives you an upfront answer (which might not be what you wanted to hear right then) but it always saves you time and money in the end.

When we decided to build our new home we met with several contractors but Sparks Construction set a precedent that was second to non. Josh was prompt, detail oriented and was very professional. Everything went extremely smooth and when the project was complete we were thrilled with the finish product. All homeowners look for certain characteristics in their builder, these included quality, integrity, and professionalism and Josh Sparks exceeded all of our expectations in these areas.
