"Servpro of Columbia & Suwannee Counties has not done any work at the address indicated on Grandview?"
"Incorrect information was notated about our company and we were contacted to respond. We understand a customers relative may not have all the facts resulting in a negative response, which is the case here. The initial call was in re to mold (as we are one of the only certified mold remediation persons in North Central Florida), however upon inspection there was a water leak issue. Her insurance was contacted and the insurance asked us to provide an estimate for work needing to be completed in our opinion. We removed the rotted, damaged wood flooring per the insurance adjustor approval. We submitted an invoice which was $3000 to [removed member name] insurance company and it was approved. We also called in a subcontractor we use which is well known in our area and been in business for years to write an "estimate" for floor replacement. This "estimate" was just that, an estimate only to provide to the insurance adjustor. No work was performed by this subcontractor. The insurance approved and paid [removed member name] for the work we provided (around $3000) as well as whatever the insurance adjustor allowed for floor replacement direct to [removed member name]. We do hope to resolve this issue, however no phone call was made to our office requesting to speak with a manager, owner or any other person with an issue. I hope in the future if a customer of ours has a problem they at minimum call our local office and ask to speak with a manager or owner prior to making statements regarding our costs and practices as we have been very strong in maintaining customer service is our priority in all services we provide from carpet cleaning to a biohazard cleaning."
