+ -1 moreCalled S&s about mower needing repair. They came out the same day to pick it up. I went by the shop 4 days later to check progress where I was informed it would be looked at on Monday. I didn't hear back so I called later that week when I was informed it would be looked at on Monday. I still didnt hear anything so I called again to be informed it would be the next Monday before they could get to it. Needless to say I was with out a mower for near 4 weeks and it hadn't been looked at. I had to have another company pick up the mower to be fixed. I was charged $25 of the $35 pick up and delivery fee. This wouldn't have been so bad head there been communication with me regarding the delays. I understand this is the busy season, but you have to be prepared for that as a business.
Description of Work: Brought mower in for repair.
