We dropped off my husband's F-150 for regular servicing during our lunch hour and were told it would be ready in 1 hour. They usually are very prompt (or within 15 minutes). This particular time they must have been busy because it actually took about 1 hour and 45 minutes. Under normal circumstances this would have not been good, as we have to get back to work. The price is very reasonable and the service crew always give us recommendations for anything that may need work soon. One of their mechanics, Jim, is incredibly thorough and helps to make necessary repairs for the best price possible.
I've never had a bad experience here, but this was just inconvenient.
