I bought a new dining roomtt table and chairs. In the store I really liked
that the table was not just plain, but had a decorative leg piece. We
got it at a somewhat sale price and chose to take it home and put it
together. The assembly was very easy, but that is where the problems
began. None of the chairs were straight. When you sat in them they all
rocked and scrape the floor. If you picked them up to mop/sweep pieces
from the bottom would fall off. I finally called Morrells and they
agreed to have at no cost a repair man come fix or replace them. He
"fixed" two chair and ordered parts for the others. Still parts are
falling off the ones he "fixed". Two weeks later no calls, no parts,
nothing. I didn't spend $68 dollars a chair for scraped floors and sea
sickness. I am very disappointed. I feel that Morrells should just
replace all the chairs and stop fooling around. I will NOT buy anything from them again.
