Worked with us to provide information in the format needed to get correct insurance reimbursement. They were flexible with us on scheduling the work when it would be convienent for us. They were reliable, punctual, courteous, and professional while doing the work. They left the work area clean when they were done. The started on time, and finished the job on time. They were terrific and pleasant to work with during all phases of the job from getting the estimate to completion. The floors are beautiful.

"The problem of the floor discoloration was due to the homeowner using the wrong cleaner on the floor. The floor finish is now not under warranty do to improper maintenance. The glue used to fill hollow spots was correctly done to Manufacturer specs(DRYTAC) call Jamin Martin 386-758-9800 for more details,thanks."
