This Hospital was bought out by Dr. Pratt.  Before it was well run with a very nice staff.  After Dr. Pratt took over all of the stall, but two changed over.  Many of the new staff are not very friendly, even to the point of making comments about other clients and staff members while you are standing there.  I never get out of their office in under 2 hours no matter what is being done.  Their prices have skyrocketed.  Each time I  go, they want to add on another test.  Each time they blame it on the FDA requiring a new test.  But this has been happening weekly.  Last week for example, I was told that if shipping a puppy a stool sample was not necessary in certain states.  Then all of the sudden this week it was.  They are giving my puppies Rabies shots way too early where other vets in their new homes have been very unhappy about it.  I feel that Dr. Pratt is not looking at it in any way, but for the money he can make.  I know he has lost a lot of clients and no matter when I come to his office, there is never anyone there waiting, yet they always manage to have me wait around for 2 hours.  I have had a run in with them recently because they can not get their stories straight from week to week on what needs to be down with a puppy being shipped out.  Every week it is a new test, a new excuse and when I challenge them, they get mad and upset.  I would recommend finding a nicer, better vet that is not out to gouge you.FYI  I have been a breeder for over 40 years of just one breed.  I have live in three states during this time and this is the first time that I have had such a hard time with a vet.

We have been using them for the past 2 months. They walk them and take care of them. If they have any issues, they let us know. They monitor the animals well. It's a nice operation. They are also my vet.

The doctor did an excellent job cleaning our dogs teeth. The staff are always good with the animals and our dog looks forward to going the vet. The doctors and the office lavish attention on the animals. They always kind considerate to us as well. In addition to regular vet services, we have them bath our Siberian Husky on a monthly basis to keep her well groomed. They always do a fantastic job spending the whole day combing her out instead of just using a blow dryer like other places. The prices are very reasonable for their services and it is always a pleasant experience going to the vet.

I have been going to these vets for almost 2 years. I am a breeder of Tibetan Terriers, have been so for 36 years, so I am often at the vets. i ship puppies all around the world. They always get me in a day or so.
Sometimes the waiting period can be a little longer then I would like, but the doctors are very nice and explain everything to you. I have lived in 3 states with 3 primary vets. The second state took me a while to find a good vet. Here in Florida, they were the second vet I tried and I am still with them 2 years latter. I feel they are very in tune with what is going on and always seem updated on the latest information
