BEWARE BEWARE. My complaint is with the property managment dept. Specifically VIC LANTROOP. Vic was hired to manage my property. Vic promised the property would be maintained in the same conditon it was given to him. I can say that was a downright lie. Vic is not a good property manager. He will mail the checks and 50% of the time you dont get them till after the 20th of the month. One time he mailed me somebody elses check and vice versa. Then when I asked him to just drop it off at my bank he wouldnt. He had the nerve to wanna charge me 35 for a mistake he made. Vic is a narcissist and will not take responsiblilty for his mistakes. All of this can be verified through text emails. His biggest lie to me was when he told me had a year lease signed and then wrote me 2 months later and said they were moving out and the lease had never been signed. He said it was still month to month. I had even specifcally asked him not to do month to month after august did he listen NO. The worst mistake i made was hiring Hallmark Realty. The property was returned to me with a green pool, overgrown yard, broken door handle and broken porch light and a dish installed on my roof that i never authorized. I would not hire this company again in a million years there incompetent. To top it off they only gave me 360 from the deposit to correc it all
