We needed a estimate on braising a hole and a recharge. Called them over the weekend he said he couldn't make it there till Monday or Tuesday. I am otr driver and wasn't going to be there. He said that would be fine. So Tuesday the repair guy calls and said the unit is old and needed to be replaced. And that my duct work was full of water??? Not one but both sides. We just had new duct work done not even a month ago. I checked it over the weekend and there was no water. They said the water was from the condenser but it never ran since the new ducts was put in. There is no way for water get in the ducts. All in all they could replace everything for over 6000.00. They also charged 100.00 for them to come out.
