They couldn't get the lid back out. They took no responsibility for this. Now, I have to buy a new lid for my septic tank. He charged me for 2 hours because he spent an extra hour trying to get the lid out. It was his error and he charged me for an additional hour.

.All our plumbing issues have always been resolved the first tim with no call back each time we have needed a plumber. We do not have any complaints with this company. I don't remember the cost from the times we have called because we needed a plumber and as I said the cost of the plumbing work for the remodel was included in the all inclusive remodeling fees.

Better then any expectations!

He did get it fixed, and told me there is no guarantee.

I have a small leak under my house presenting itself through my hardwood floors. Serviceman was nice enough and tried to put me off a day, but when I said I would have to call someone else he was suddenly not too busy and was at my house in 30 minutes. He looked under the house and reported all of the pipes looked fine and there was no leak. He may have spent 10 minutes total checking the plumbing and said there was nothing he could do as there was nothing wrong. He then charged me a $95 service fee. I later called the company to ask what they thought I should do next as there is still a leak in the floor. The serviceman agreed to come back out and drill a hole in my "subfloor" to make sure the leak was not between the subfloor and the actual hardwood flooring. Turns out he was wrong and there IS NO subfloor!! He drilled a hole right through my 65 year old hardwood floors! Then he left without securing the spots under my floor he cut into and said he was sorry about the hole he created in the actual floor. So I am $95 poorer, I still have a leak and now I have a hole in my floor that I have to get repaired.
