Came out on 4/10/15 said warranty did not cover after market part and charged $144.00. They came out about six different times. Latest when he called Tappan, they talked back and forth. Tech told him what the problem was. Part will be here 6/18/15 or
6/19/15. Then will be here Monday 6/22/15. Then they will call me as soon as it arrived on Tuesday. Then Wednesday it came in this morning, will be here this afternoon. Two men came in one truck. Made another mess walking in and out. Tried a couple parts outside. Then worked in house. The said they need to talk to a higher power. Purchased on 8/2/2010 with 10 year warranty. Broke record Sunday 6/21/2010. 100 degrees.
