It's our only choice where we live. We had them for a year and a half. They are available. From where I live, you don't get a whole lot of choices and in a lot of places, they don't have a high speed internet service. The fact that they have it here is a good thing. I have the highest speed. They are not as good as to what we were used to in our previous location.

It was fixed in a reasonable amount of time. Have had this issue before - go through the same motions each time. But once it works, it works great.

In as much as the service is unparalleled, the customer service is horrible! Be prepared to put on your and quot;patient hatand quot; since, in my experience, keeping installation appointments and speaking English on a phone call is not their strong suit.
I called and scheduled our installation and on 4 different occasions the installer did not show up. One time he even had the audacity to say that I was not home. This is extremely inconvenient as they give themselves a 4 hour window and I had to take off work to be there (must be someone over 18 on premises). They then assured me that I would receive a credit for my inconvenience...apparently that doesn't mean from them...or on my bill. It would seem that this credit is a simply a gold star on my resume of life so don't expect this without some hassle. Finally, at our 5th appointment, a very nice man showed up and was very professional.
On a positive note, this is the best internet service around. Fast speeds, very little down time.

We were quoted a different price than what we were actually charged to get the speed of download we wanted, However, the service has been generally reliable.

Hello! I am really pleased with the service and value Comcast cable provides. we went with u-verse because of a special deal they offered. they're on demand was simply a joke! educational videos and pay movie rentals .then they went up over $200 in six months. Comcast offers thousands of free movies and tv shows every day! Comcast rocks!
