Breathe Ez

Initial contact was good. We accepted a quote for repairs in early December. We were given a date of Jan. 5th for the job to be done. Breathe-EZ was a no show and now they are telling us that they are just to busy right now to do the work they promised. Very unprofessional.

I spoke to Curt on the phone and told him that there was a hole in the back of my fireplace box, he said that it could be repairable, I asked him what the cost would be and he told me that he would have to come and see it, that it could be between $200 - $600, he said that he had the material in his truck and he would give me a quote, he could come out on Saturday at 10am. I said fine, he came out told me that the floor also needed to be replaced and what it would cost for both, then he told me that I owe him $125.00 for the inspection. I never requested an inspection, I was only looking for a quote for repairs. He never mentioned anything about inspection fees to come out and give me a quote for repairs, I should not have paid him but my husband said just pay him and he will not be doing our business. Dishonest, misleading and untrustworthy, we have been having a lot of remodeling done to our house, I have had a lot of contractors out giving us estimates, we have remodeled our Kitchen, Master bath, had electrical work done on the porch, I have never been charged to get an estimate on cost, I will usually get at least 3 estimates. I would never had agreed to him coming out if he had told me that it would cost me $125.00 just to give me an estimate for a job. My husband is a general contractor, but he did not have any contacts for this so I tried to find a trusted contractor and this is a real let down. 4/25/20

Arrived early, nice guy. Went right to work, pointed out two cracks, one that needed repair in his opinion, the other not necessarily. Made the repairs, did the cleaning and was finished in an hour. Will definitely use him again.
