+ -1 moreMike has worked for us as an HVAC service and repair provider for years. We bought a 27-year-old house that needed new HVAC for the second floor and heat and air in the finished basement. Mike helped us choose the equipment (brand, efficiency, capacity) that would satisfy our demanding requirements. He installed everything beautifully, which included hard work on his part to get the basement duct work set up well. This old house has mechanicals going every which way and he had to work around all that, which he did well and with good humor.
Description of Work: Air Concepts installed two heating and A/C systems in our 27-year-old house. Mike went the extra mile and more to be sure we got the right equipment and installation to give us the performance we needed at the right price. He guided us to go with a heat pump for the basement to save money while getting efficient heating and cooling. We chose efficient equipment without going overboard. He replaced one furnace and air conditioning system (the second floor units) upstairs and installed a heat pump and duct work in the basement. Mike worked really hard to get the basement duct work in the right places - not an easy job in a house this age with mechanicals going every which way. His work was excellent.
