I was walking in the parking lot, stepped on some stones that were on the side walk and fell and fractured my wrist. After waiting 20 min for help to come, I left and went to the emergency room. I submitted the claims to Disney World, they were very pleasant about everything. I was out of work 3 months and out thousands of dollars. Six months later they told me that that they didn't think they were at fault, and so all they sent me was $300 and told me to have lunch on them. After talking to their claims department there is no appeal.
