Best Friend's Pet Care - Walt Disney World

Very badly. Despite adding play time from ala carte menu to provide adequate time out side of kennel dog showed distinct signs of being crated too much. In fact upon our arrival home we were informed her behavior was no longer acceptable for camp. We had no issues in the months prior to boarding, all of a sudden they told us our dog required "special training" in order to return. We took her to different camp where she didn't require that training. We can only wonder what went on during her boarding that created such a problem. We even told them to contact us if they felt she needed more playtime. Dogs are not allowed to go to day camp when they are being boarded (not sure why; their rule). Our dog is young and does require a good bit of stimulus during the day. Manager acted as if they had no responsibility for this change; we disagree considering they were the ones that had her in their care leading up to this change in personality (in regards to their facility). Really disappointed, expected more and think pet parents should consider this when deciding where to leave their precious pets.

It went well but I think they should have more high-end accommodation available. I tried to book a villa or a VIP suite more than a year in advance and they were all already booked. It was not even for a holiday period, summer or high season. It would also be nice to have cameras around so you could see your dog at the play area, the "suite" and the day care. For the price they charge, this would be the bare minimum.

It was wonderful. They treat your pet like they would their own. We told them that our dog had recently experienced seizures so they moved him to a room where they could really watch them. They email you a photo of your pet so that you can see how much fun they are having. My favorite thing is the "report card" that you get when you pick up your pet. It tells you what he did, how he ate, even if he went potty. I wish there was a Best Friends Pet Care near my home.

They did have an expensive boarding facility. Olga Kudinova was our goomer's name. She is adorable. She is so nice.

My only experience was with the only groomer was with Olga. If she is representative, if the other groomers are as good as she is, then I have no right, no way of knowing that, then I would say not to hesitate. Based on my experience in Carmel I couldn't possibly recommend Best Friend's after Olga left. If Olga hadn't been there we wouldn't have done that. We wouldn't have been there to Orlando.

They do not answer, but request you leave a voice mail and they will call back. This has been inconvenient due to cell phone service where we are staying.

It was great! They were extremely friendly! Check in and check out were both easy! They even sent us pictures of our dogs throughout the week! They are located on the Disney property, so the price was a little high, but it was also last minute to fit our dogs in. If we go back, we will definitely be comfortable using them again!
