Went smooth, Mr Talbot was very reachable and walk me through the entire process (this was my first inspection experience). He explained the process and make recommendations on which inspections I should include for an 120 year old house. Report was very comprehensive, full of pictures and well organized. Will recommend and hire Mr. Cahd Talbot again.
