Jason came out and took measurements of the lanai. The next day he sent us an email with the proposed installation. We visited the office to go over door hardware and leave a deposit. As promised the materials were delivered within three weeks. The installer, Juan, informed us that the cabinet and bookcase doors had been drilled for handles per the original drawing instead of knobs. Juan called the office during the install and informed us that the correct doors would be here the next week. The install was beautiful and Juan gave instruction on how to raise and lower the beds properly.
The new doors can in on time and Juan installed them in less than an hour.
We visited the office to make a final payment and were provide3d with an additional shelf for one of the bookcase. Juan had noted that we were short one and it was at the office when we arrived.Licensing
