They were fast. We bought this house from the previous owner and I thought I was going to have to find an attorney and go to other closing companies. I talked to the realtor and they said go to TRI County, you don’t need an attorney. It was just fantastic. It just took about six days to get all the information. We went to their office yesterday and within 30 minutes, the deal was done.
Description of Work: We have used TRI County Land Title & Escrow Co for land title.
